The Mortimer Main Floor
This was a full redesign of lovely semi-detached in the east end of Toronto for a young family. The scope of the renovation included expanding on the original addition at the back of the house to enlarge the kitchen and remove the wall separating the kitchen and dining room in order to create an open concept. The renovation involved taking the main floor down to the studs and completely rebuilding it with new floors, a new kitchen design, windows and doors at the back of the house, two rebuilt staircases and new fixtures and lighting.
